Meritt and his team performed an exceptional job to complete a radon mitigation system in my basement/crawlspace which included a radon fan, ductwork, and a full encapsulation.  Everything was easy throughout the process from the testing and consultation, to booking, payment, and especially the competed project. Meritt goes above and beyond to provide a high quality work product. My personal favorite part was the installation of strip lighting which I got to keep in addition to all of the spider webs and nastiness that his team vacuumed up in the rafters. Can't say enough good things about Merritt and his crew. They took readings and verified that our existing radon suction had been improperly installed limiting it's ability to depressurize our basement slab. They fixed the situation and our numbers went from 3 picocuries to 1.4 in our basement. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Our recently purchased home had a poorly designed and installed radon mitigation system. Thankfully, after considerable research, our search for a truly knowledgeable radon mitigation solution provider led us to Merritt Gantt and his team at True Air Technologies.  From our initial discussion, it was clear that Merritt was in a league of his own among radon mitigation system service providers.  He demonstrated deep professional knowledge of the principles of radon gas behavior and ANSI (and related industry) guidelines, as well as exceptional mitigation system design expertise.  His quoting process was highly professional and informative with very fair pricing.  As the project moved forward, he and his team were always prompt, extremely courteous and exceedingly hard-working.  As challenges arose (as in any construction project), he and his team went well above and beyond to resolve them.  Communication was proactive and outstanding throughout.  Merritt made every effort to ensure the quality of their work product was excellent in terms of appearance and function.  Due to the unique layout of our home, there were three separate spaces requiring mitigation.  Merritt and team not only brought radon levels down significantly (from averages ranging up to 4.9 pCi/L down to below 1.0 pCi/L throughout), they considerably transformed the look and usability of all three spaces.  We could not possibly be more pleased overall with the results True Air Technologies delivered. Concerned about Radon levels, we purchased two Airthings Corinthium 2 Radon Detectors in January 2026 and monitored for 3 months.  We were surprised to find the levels in our basement hovered in the 7.0-11.5 range (4.0 is considered "Poor" by the EPA) and the upstairs monitor registered as "Fair" (2.7-3.9).  Within 48 hours of our install, levels took a nose-dive and have remained low, low, low ever since (below 1.0 in the basement and barely registering upstairs)! We called Merritt at True Air Technologies to schedule appointment. The evaluation of our home was very thorough and quite involved.  A day later, we received the meticulously detailed and easy to understand "game plan".  Upon review, we decided to move forward with mitigation and Merritt, along with his excellent team were able to install the entire system in one day.  They made every effort to ensure the system was as non-invasive and aesthetically pleasing as possible, and boy did they achieve the goal. Success! A definite "yes" to Integrity, Responsivenesd, CBD Quality!  One year ago, Merritt and his crew upgraded my passive mitigation system to an activee system with a fan and associated instrumentation.  We could hear the fan inside, but it was tolerable... Until three weeks ago when the vibration started getting really bad.  I called Merritt today, and he took my call while under a crawl space on another job, then he offered to come by the house on his way home today - outstanding responsiveness!  Once Merritt arrived, he outsourced the system, deemed there was a problem with the existing fan, and immediately replaced it with an upgraded fan as a warranty replacement - no charge!  Further, he reinforced and altered the fan suspension kit with another upgrade which is designed to be much less prone to transferring vibration.  The result is near silence in the house now. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend True Air Technologies! It's been almost 6 months since True Air Technologies installed a radon mitigation system at our home here in Pendleton, and I have nothing but good things to say about Merritt and his business. Merritt was a true pro and clearly knew his stuff—he talked like an expert from day one. I really appreciated that he took the time to thoroughly inspect my home to find exactly where the radon was getting in. He even provided a highly detailed foundation drawing and diagnostic layout, and he patiently answered every single one of my questions. Our radon concentration levels were shockingly high before the system went in, with sub-slab readings hitting 845.7 pCi/L and 711.7 pCi/L in some foundation zones, resulting in indoor air levels up to 13.6 pCi/L. The results since his work have been incredible. My own personal sensor shows that the long-term average has plummeted, now holding steady at a safe average of 0.9 pCi/L. Merritt Gantt and his crew of 2 (hard-working guys) spent 4 productive hours 3 days ago.  From a Radon high-risk reading (pCi/Li) of 5.4 this past February 2026 -- to a reading as low as 0.9 currently, Tru Air Techologies has mitigated Radon inside our house.  The numbers don't lie.  Professional and personable, Merritt is an articulate communicator.  He's a hard worker, and he bent over backward to ensure that I understood what (and why) he did what he did.  The results speak for themself.  Tru Air Technologies -- will get the job (Radon mitigation) done.
